Hayden was extremely knowledgeable with their company and service. He was thorough in explaining all the options they had and what the difference was with each.
He explained clearly about pricing and the break down to ensure we know exactly what we would be paying and all the benefits. He never once pressured us into signing up he let us decide with the information if we wanted the service or not and listened to all our questions and concerns while answering them all honestly. He has an amazing team as well. He got us signed up while continuing to chat with us and had someone the same day get everything hooked up it was a easy and fast process and we have been loving our system since. It brings me peace of mind knowing my home and family are protected by Vivint.

I've only had the system less than a week it appears to be doing what it's supposed to do. I honestly haven't done that much with it but it appears to be okay .Austin Hamrick installed it and did a Top Notch job . so I am pleased at this point but I have nothing else to say until I see if there any problems or notm.8

He's part of the family now.
The young man that sold us the system was great. Very knowledgeable and very talkative but very down to earth and friendly. Very common and worked his way into your life. He had a beginner with him and at a later date brought another young man (also very nice) back to our house and introduced him. I think he liked our house hanging out with us.
