Same day service. The installer gave me mixed information as far as my email address which caused confusion. I called after the 3rd person picked up. She had log in panel input my 2nd email address which caused. I can hear my door bell, but am not sure about inside. Still getting adjusted. Love the picture ID clear.

Fracisco was excellent and he has great customer service he also checked regularly to make sure everything was going according as they should with the system.I did not like the fact the technician forgot to give me the keys and took him almost 2 days to bring them
