Same day service. The installer gave me mixed information as far as my email address which caused confusion. I called after the 3rd person picked up. She had log in panel input my 2nd email address which caused. I can hear my door bell, but am not sure about inside. Still getting adjusted. Love the picture ID clear.

My experience with Vivint was great until I realized that my last name was misspelled on my account. Trying to get it corrected has been difficult and frustrating. But the security system itself has been great.
