The whole experience was above my expectations. Jay was very thorough. He explained things to help me understand and made me feel more comfortable that going with Vivint was the right choice.
Bad experience that end up GOOD!
My first appointment was for the morning of 10/27/26. The technician showed up, rang doorbell and left without calling me. There were people in the home, cars in the driveway and the technician decided to leave and did not even knock on the door. I called Vivint to express my disappointment and frustration. The person that took my call was able to reschedule a later appointment for the same day and the technician (James) was AWESOME! The programmable thermostat installation went smoothly and James was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you James and the young lady that was able to schedule the appointment on the same day! I truly appreciate it!

James who installed the equipment was wonderful! He explained everything throughly but with pressure and was kind and efficient. We had just moved in so our internet was not working properly. He reached out the next day to make sure that I didn’t have any issues connecting the system and my app. Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful!
