Pleasant sales people and technicians

Pleasant sales people. Pleasant and efficent installers. Pleased with their work, except for the hole drilled through our exterior wall. A second hole was drilled near floor, that was acceptable. They had difficulty with exterior siding.

Awesome Installation

Skylar, the young man that did my install, was awesome. He explained everything very thoroughly & made sure I understood the cost of the equipment as well as how to use it. He is a real asset to your company. The system itself is easy to use & works great. I like knowing that my house is safe.

When I inquired and decided to get an alarm system thru you I was not told that I would have apply for a credit card to finance the equipment This should have been made more clearly I used the card to purchase the alarm system equipment I am happy with the installation and the Installers were very professional
