The guys that installed our system were very polite and professional. Answered all the questions I had with solid answers that made the purchase of the system a very good investment for our family.

Not crazy about them going around the neighborhood door to door. I happened to get a good person that came to my door. Not enough training on how to use it. Should be more instructions. A booklet or some step by step guide for us, who are not very tech savvy. I did not receive a Vivint sign. I would like to be able to test it with the police department and fire department. And learn how to set the cameras and lights, etc. without having to waste a bunch of time trying to figure it out. Also, I think the sales person said I get a medical alert device for free. I never received it. If I ever figure out all the bells and whistles on this system I thin k I will like it!
