My customer service call with Nahomi Campos lasted over 2 hours. Her expertise, knowledge and patience were extraordinary. Walked me through the troubleshooting step by step from beginning to end. Wound up needing new equipment. She setup shipping and return. I also ordered the Space Monkey and signed up for the monthly maintenance contract. Absolutely a 5-star experience. Thank you.

We didn't get adequate time from the installation technician to learn how to navigate the system, but a few days later I happened to see our sales person, Pete, walking down the street and he went through it with us and got everything all set as far as I can tell so far, so kudos to Pete!

All personnel [staff] were Superb
All personnel [staff] were professional. I would recommend Vivint to everyone. The installer made our install seamless, despite our home bring an aged home (built many years ago)
