The installation Team
The salesman, Gerado Flores was professional, asked thoughtful questions and was honest.
I was not expecting such a quick installment after signing the agreement paperwork and getting financed approved, so when Gerado said the installment team would arrive shortly he wasn't kidding. They were at my house within an hour after the salesman fished me in sinker and all. The team (Chris, Paul and two others) came in and installed the system efficiently. I was impressed by Paul the electrician. He didn't talk much. He was polite and professional. He got the job done quickly and cleaned up after his part of the job. The team was professional and got the job done. The new security system replaces a generic one I had that worked when it wanted to and so its nice to have an upgrade.
Unresolved Banking Issues . Requesting help from VIVINT's team.
What is the name of the bank that we have been making monthly payments to besides the payment to VIVINT for service? We have evidently been paying for the equipment since signing our first contract. We need the banks name so we can stop automatic payments. Then we need to get a refund from that bank because the equipment shuold gave been oaud off many years ptior. Isaac, VIVINT's local representative explained that VIVINT no longer does business with the first bank. Isaac and the installers did an rxcellent job while here. If I cannot get the psyment to the first bank resolved, I won't be able to pay VIVINT, your new bank & the first bank. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Then once resolved please send anither survey on VIVINT. Thank you

We like our Vivint system...
We are very satisfied with our Vivint system and so far it is easy to use. Our tech man and installer, Miguel was wonderful and very patient with us when he was teaching us how to use it. It's getting to be second-nature already to arm it at night and disarm in the morning. Thank you, Vivint!

The tech that installed the equipment…was great no problems at all with him.
The tech that installed the equipment was great but the sales person wasn’t clear on what I would be paying on a monthly payment.
He said it would be 99.00 and it isn’t it’s closer to 120.00 and after I paid off the balance that was over the 4000.00 it would be 38.00 but that wasn’t true either it would be 45.00
Even though those numbers were close it wasn’t accurate and it should be . I checked some reviews on YouTube and there were other people that had the same problem and the only reason I know was I approached the tech with my concerns and he was the one that came up with the numbers that were more accurate.
I liked that they were very personable
I liked that they were very personable. To me that’s the most important aspect of selling your product. If I have a problem with the product I believe that they will come back and take care of the problem in a timely manner.
