The presentation of the system was so well. Everything was fully explained with room for questions. We’ve never had an alarm system in our home but we love the secure feeling our ViVent system provides.

My installing tech, Mark was very patient and took the time to explain the system. Took an initial walk around to verify what I want. Easy to use panel and camera. Mark definitely gets the highest score.
