From the moment Will rolled up on his Segway, it felt like a superhero had arrived! 😄 His smile was genuine, and you could immediately tell he truly believed in the Vivint system he was presenting. His passion, knowledge, and positive energy were contagious, and he took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel pressured. We decided to purchase the system, and to our surprise, Joe was able to begin the installation the very same day. Joe went above and beyond throughout the installation process. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly while explaining how the system works. What really proved the value of this system happened just a few days later. We purchased the system on a Friday, and the following Tuesday our Vivint doorbell camera captured a dump truck backing into and damaging our garage. The clear video footage provided the evidence we needed and ultimately saved us more than $7,000 in home repair costs by helping establish what happened.
