My experience with Vivint was…
My experience with Ben from Vivint was awesome. He took his time explaining every product to me and giving me some options that would work for my household. He was very professional and friendly.
I was very surprised to see when I signed up I would have my stuff installed and set up the same day. I wasnt expecting that at all.
The gentlemen that came to install tje equipment were also friendly and professional. They wasted no time putting in the products and making sure everything worked. I know one of gentlemen name was Ramon and I cant remember the other guy name but he was great as well.
The technology is amazing and I love how I can see everything from my phone even when im not home and my child can see what's going on without having to open the front door.
Its been fun talking from the tablet to someone outside either at the front door or driveway and in the living room.
From start to finish i'm pleased with everything and I feel like im going to get my money's worth!!! All of the gentlemen need a raise!! I will be telling other people about this conpany and the products!!

Installation was a breeze
Installation was a breeze. Tech stated it would take 4hours but literally felt like a hour and half. He was very professional and patient with step by step instructions on installment and setting up the online app. Would definitely recommend my Technician name is Zane. Thanks again! 10/10 Prices and Quality. I’m glad i joined the Vivant Family this year. Now my apartment feels safe like a Home.
My experience was good
My experience was good, but not necessarily great. Total cost of products and services should be clearly presented before actually getting to the point of signing of contract. I was already interested in obtaining a home security system, so a "fast" sales pitch was almost counter-productive. I still have a few general questions that I need answered.

Love it but I had a bigger monitor with alder and my small toddler’s always looked at the monitor the computer mortise wit all 5 of the cameras on my 6 years old autistic Grandson and so he always looks at the monitor, waiting for his mother. Get off of work working for A state School for Other Down syndrome and autistic People’s at night and this help us also my alar wasn’t with tripour monitor monitor we can watch tv shows movies and everything else we want to watch our alarm system was put on the walls,but by me being hearing impaired I can hear our door bell and everything when I walk outside it’s very cool I love it it’s just the monitor I explain to him that’s all I wanted when I transferred to yall and left Alders security system that’s all i wanted but now I know all security system is different ,and they job was a lil bit easier because where all the cameras were before but I’m giving you guys a 100 though because my monitor talkie and I loves it im so sorry if I’m say the wrong thing,because everything changed wit4 hours yall team work is so excellent I didn’t expect for you guys to move that fast especially at night and thank you guy’s for coming out at night I never seen this happen in a day of my life ,yall move really fast and I had gave other people yall name also and I let them know to keep sharing it and to let yall know that I sent them

The sales rep was excellent
The sales rep was excellent. He was not very pushy (for door to door salesmen), and was very informative in helping us pick the products we actually needed. My only complaint is that It was a long prosses. They were insistent on doing the install the same day which had us waiting all day and part of the night for the technician to show up. our installation ran passed 11pm at night once he finally showed up.

Great Products and services
I absolutely love my doorbell cameras and regular camera. I’m very satisfied. The only thing that I would like to be considered in the future is the fact that when you play back audio you can be able to hear the full conversation and just not the person at the doorbell.. Other than that I love my Vivint smart home and security ❤️

Everything was great the service rep Drew know his job and so does technician Quinton. I give them an A!
My concern is my front door when I put the code in it doesn’t unlock the front doorr. I can use my phone my device to open the door, but I would like to put the code in to the front door it will be nice to have a technician come out and look at this issue. but otherwise everything went well.

Terrible the salesman Cody Bowes lied…
Terrible the salesman Cody Bowes lied to our whole neighborhood about equipment being completely free as long as we let they place a sign in our yard. Fraudulently ran my credit with me knowing by telling me to pay a one time today install fee of $3.69. But really he was applying for credit and opening a line of credit for the equipment (1,499.98) while talking to us. We had no idea. With the debit card that I paid the $3.69 fee with for the payment. Then Vivint couldn’t even talk with me to verify acct or anything bc Saleman also gave false information to company so they couldn’t not verify me. He made a verbal passcode then didn’t answer his phone to us any longer from his phone number provided us. Then I have had to ask to talk to multiple supervisor before issue was heard. They are supposed to be coming to get their equipment and canceling loan. But the inquiry will still be on my credit along with a closed acct once they pick up equipment. Not happy and will never suggest this company to anyone bc they didn’t fix the issue! They also tried to charge me to cancel for the fraud they allowed to happen. Ridiculous!!

My rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. To me customer service is the most important. Products will change but having good employees who do a great job means more to me. My rep was honest trustworthy and professional and I can tell he loves his job. Knowing if I do need help in the future and I can call him means the most and if this company has other employees like this than this is a good company with good people.

I was using another service but when I saw how Vivant had a better product ,the team worked with to no end to swap alarm service and to help cancel them. The installer tech came as scheduled and replaced the alarm system. My wife likes the new style screen and the "whistle "door unit.

I love everything about the equipment…
I love everything about the equipment that was placed for my camera outside
The service is quality security, I love the spotlight camera in my backyard and how it monitors movements and sends a notification instantly and the front yard camera surveillance widths is amazing,
Overall great system!! I love the security of knowing when my doors have been opened!! Great security!! I especially when my toddler granddaughter is visiting
