Love the system. Unfortunately we are looking for something different for our home. Salesman was awesome.
The only downfall was when we cancelled the technicians keep trying to sell us something else. When we said not interest and gave the reason that should have been the end of it. Thank you.

So far the system is working well, the front yard camera great, but the door bell camera has been giving me problems. Off line, no power, the replacement chime not working and sometimes no wifi. I was checked on and a technician will be sent out

They have explained how the security system works and they made it very simple to understand how to go about making the experience with my security system easy. I had a great person that installed my system and their representative Quyin help me navigate through everything I needed to know about the Vivint system. Salesman was polite
Salesman was polite. Friendly. Explained process. Felt I was rushed into making a decision but understood that I could change my mind after see if I liked the system. Service tech arrived almost immediately after I signed the contract. System install. Didn’t realize that it had to be set up on my outdated phone until afterwards. Took 2 days to get a new phone and app set up. Salesman came back and showed me how use system.

All around a great experience
From the time I reached out to Vivint with questions and options for my system (Stevie was the sales agent and was amazing, 10 out of 10) until the time the final security device was installed (Brondon McFarland was the installation expert and was superb, 20 out of 10) everything was efficient, professional and customer service orientated. I am very pleased with my system thus far and will tell my family and friends about my positive customer experience and state of the art security equipment I have in my home. Thank you.

Hunter was the BEST! He was kind and very informative. Made sure I knew how the system worked before he left. The system itself is very user friendly which is good for an old lady like me!!
