Salesman was polite
Salesman was polite. Friendly. Explained process. Felt I was rushed into making a decision but understood that I could change my mind after see if I liked the system. Service tech arrived almost immediately after I signed the contract. System install. Didn’t realize that it had to be set up on my outdated phone until afterwards. Took 2 days to get a new phone and app set up. Salesman came back and showed me how use system.

All around a great experience
From the time I reached out to Vivint with questions and options for my system (Stevie was the sales agent and was amazing, 10 out of 10) until the time the final security device was installed (Brondon McFarland was the installation expert and was superb, 20 out of 10) everything was efficient, professional and customer service orientated. I am very pleased with my system thus far and will tell my family and friends about my positive customer experience and state of the art security equipment I have in my home. Thank you.

My experience was great because I knew what products I was getting, I was told estimated installation time, and it was just a pretty fast and well detailed service. The only thing im not satisfied with is the door lock and smoke detector. Other than that everything works great !

Done in two Days !!!!!!
The entire process moved along very quickly which was OK, however I did forget to ask some important questions during the installation portion of the process. When the sales rep returned, we were not expecting the install to begin 20 minutes after we agreed to the contract. Our sales representative, Queen, was very informative and also quite persuasive during her presentation but during the wrap up I forgot to ask about several equipment items that were not installed during this visit. Which means we will need a follow up visit to accommodate this sale.
