We really liked the sales representative and the installer. They both were professional and yet personable. Our sales representative, Phil, really went the extra mile to make sure we understood how everything worked and what our options were. Josh did the installation the same day and did a great job! The next day Phil returned to see if we had any further questions. He was just amazing and so helpful!
I have had to contact the online platform as well since then, and so far, no issues; Very efficient and helpful!

Installation
The installer was trying to say I need active internet to install that day, and that I would have to reschedule, but a quick call to customer service and the squared it away and able to install that day.

Overall, a great experience
The sales team (Phil) was great! The installers were a delight, as well. The only frustration was the inadvertent charge that should have been delayed...there was a lot of back-and-forth to get that fixed.

Nicholas & Tony were very personable…
Nicholas & Tony were very personable and very informative. Tony worked quickly, put all the cameras in put all the cameras up and probably 45 minutes to an hour. Nicholas sat down with us, explained everything realized that there were several items that had been left in the house by the previous owner so he created a package of items for us specifically.

Rushed but it turned out to be OK
The technicians did a great job. The first technician was probably rushed into the job. I was not offered the various finishes the for dead lock installed in the front door. Your saleman was clear and consise and friendly but rushed into getting the system installed before I really thought the whole installation through. So of course that meant we had to have another technician come in and make some changes which could be prevented by giving the customer some options and a description of the equipment so they have some time to think about it. Sometimes "haste makes waste". That is the first time in my life I responded so quickly to a sale only because I had dozen things going on.

Did we over-do it?
We asked you to install 1 more camera in our yard -- but we are not sure how much we like it!!! We may have too many -- it's driving us crazy trying to deal with all of the camera shots!! We cannot take out the trash, mow the lawn, go get the mail, or work in the garden without being bombarded by too many beeps and photos!?!

The installer was very professional
The installer was very professional. When she ran into a problem, she had someone to call right away.
Also the salesman came back the next day to check on us to see how it was going. We had a question that turned out to be a problem. He checked it out, and found out it had to do with our internet. But he called an advanced tech guy, and he was able to fix the problem right away over the phone.

They did everything they said they would do. They fully answered all my questions. Clearly reviewed my options and costs. We set a date and time for the installation and the agent called twice letting me know what to expect and his time of arrival. He walked through the house with me giving ideas clarifying what could and couldn’t be done. He was friendly, efficient, excellent installation. Took all the time I needed to understand the system and its operation. The system works extremely well. Actually better than I thought it would. We are very pleased and thinking about adding to it.

Good Experience
Really like the tech that came out, Sterling. He was really friendly and did a wonderful and clean job with the install. Got a ring camera and flood light for the backyard that records. Equipment looks nice and the control panel is easy to use.
Overall - ok
I was happy overall. Four issues- 1) it was not explained to me that I would be opening a credit card - I was furious, but too late now. That was not discussed with me. 2) My house was left a mess. They did not clean up after themselves. Sawdust and moved furniture not picked up or put back. 3) After being sold cameras to put outside, the staff basically said it was too hard to put in the outside camera and so we agreed on just the doorbell camera. 4) it didn’t take all that long, but it was late and I had to ask how much longer it would be. Thbstaff were young and not very professional overall. The was a girl that showed up that was fairly rude.
I do like the equipment, it having some issues there as well. Overall - mediocre service.
