Number 1- I don’t like the harassment I experienced after inquiring about a quote. Aside from that Ryan was professional, courteous & kind. Explained everything clearly & the pricing & service is straight forward. The equipment quality remains to be seen but my friends use the company for several years now & I trust that to be a good reason as any to do the same.

Knowledgeable Installer, Easy to Use, and Priced Right
We recently had a Vivint security system installed at our home in Valdosta, and the experience was better than we expected from start to finish.
The technician who handled our installation, Justin, clearly knew the equipment inside and out. He walked the house with us before touching anything, explained why he recommended specific placements for the cameras and sensors, and answered every question without rushing us. When we raised a concern about one area of the house, he gave us a straight answer and adjusted the setup accordingly. That kind of knowledge makes a real difference. We weren't handed a box of hardware and left to sort it out — we were given a system built around our home.
Operating it has been just as easy. The app is straightforward, arming and disarming takes seconds, and my wife and I were both comfortable using it the same day it went in. Before he left, Justin sat down with each of us and made sure we could run the system ourselves rather than assuming we'd figure it out later. That was appreciated.
The cost was the last pleasant surprise. For the equipment and coverage we received, the price came in well under what we expected and under what we had been quoted elsewhere. No pressure during the sale and no surprises on the bill afterward.
We would recommend Vivint without hesitation, and we would ask for Justin again.

The technician that came to my home was excellent and I had an opportunity to talk with Customer Service very very pleased With the way I was handled and taken care of unlike my previous Company. I use ADT. Well after all of the things the tech did everything went SOUTH FROM THE SALESPERSON TO THE MANGERS THAT SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STILL END UP SPENT MORE MORE FROM THE MISINFORMATION GIVEN. I REALLY FELT LIKE THIS COMPANY WAS DIFFERENT THAN ADT . I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE EVERYTHING I HAD WITH ADT PLUS ONE MORE CAMERA AND I DON'T HAVE EVERYTHING .
