The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and explain how everything works. He also explain to the family how to download the app and work the app from their phones and he did not rush us.

Seems like a good product
Seems like a good product. The app is easy to use, the doorbell cam works as expected. It even has a good package detection on there if someone drops the package off right in front of your house.
