It's very easy and straightforward. So it's doing very well.
Hands down they're awesome
I've used two different security services before vivint and I can honestly say it's like night and day. The equipment is awesome and so were my installers. I did have a problem after a power outage and they worked to get my problem resolved. Bottom line I highly recommend them.

Service was rocky after the first day…
Service was rocky after the first day but realized what was causing the issues. My internet was bouncing back and forth from 2.4g to 5g causing my cameras to go offline frequently. Ended up making a separate network that only supports 2.4 just for the camera system and have not had any problems with it since I did that. Had to have another tech come out due to the doorbell cam not working but he ended up showing me a way to fix it when all the quick fixes doesn’t work. Should not have the issue again but so far am happy with the service. I have only had it just over a week had some hiccups but am overall happy with it once I figured out everything.

It wasn’t great . But it was very nice. We weren’t happy with installation be cause. We had a few issues and it took to have installed way too long . And now another problem with issues like payment issues. Now I got a text saying that my payment was past due . When we paid the installment. Because it had to be done to get started. So don’t know how it could be past due . Just tried to call to ask about the payment . And all got was sails trying to have me get something I already have and wouldn’t let me talk with someone about my account. So yes your company could use some work on things. Sorry to say .

Great Products and services
I absolutely love my doorbell cameras and regular camera. I’m very satisfied. The only thing that I would like to be considered in the future is the fact that when you play back audio you can be able to hear the full conversation and just not the person at the doorbell.. Other than that I love my Vivint smart home and security ❤️

Great sales and installation team!
John was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that my wife and I had. He also setup the installation for later that day and it was completed by the next day. The installer, Landen, was also great and quickly installed the system, and came back the next day to setup the rest of the system during the daylight. Both great guys!
