The service,staff and technology was excellent.
Overall good
Salesman was nice, not too pushy. Technicians were also good too, however, they did leave wire clippings, and staples all over the place when they removed old equipment and installed new equipment. Kind of frustrating when you’re walking barefoot in your house and you step on a staple.

Install was great. They got it does same day. My issue is your sales person never mentioned we need a permit for the system. So the email o got this morning regarding the need for one was a surprise.

Technician was great!
Aaron was very nice and insightful when it came to installing my thermostat and new door bell camera, he made sure everything worked correctly while also making sure I understood how to work everything.
He was very quick with the whole process as well while also stopping with me to check everything was alright!

All around a great experience
From the time I reached out to Vivint with questions and options for my system (Stevie was the sales agent and was amazing, 10 out of 10) until the time the final security device was installed (Brondon McFarland was the installation expert and was superb, 20 out of 10) everything was efficient, professional and customer service orientated. I am very pleased with my system thus far and will tell my family and friends about my positive customer experience and state of the art security equipment I have in my home. Thank you.

Salesman Steve was pleasant and polite. His tech worked late, to ensure our new cameras were installed correctly. We greatly appreciated that. The only reason 5 stars wasn't given, was due to assurance that a sensor problem would be corrected, and wasn't for 3days. Because the sensor was faulty, we could not manually set the alarm, nor use it on "Stay" mode. It was triggering a false alarm. Otherwise great cameras & easy to use app.
