We’ve had Vivint before. Since then we have had ADT. Hands down Vivent customer service, support, install technicians, and equipment is WAY BETTER than ADT.

We just recently had our Vivint system installed. Joey came to the door one day. Usually I send door-to-door salemen away, but I knew we needed a security system, so we wanted to hear what he said. He is a wonderful young man. He was polite, sincere, and very knowledgeable about his product. Then Hunter installed it. He was great also. He was very thoughtful of us while he was in our house, and he, too, was very knowledgeable. He got right to it and got it done. We are very pleased.

I was with my other alarm system for 30 years and I was a little nervous switching over, but there was no pressure to make a sale and he also made the move to your company smooth. Sales was great, quick and no hassle. I wish there was a little more effort in assisting with equipment cost to keep the payment lower. but the sales staff was great, the installer was decent. I wish I would have review placement a little better with the installer, but it was very hot and I understand somethings are very difficult to do at times in the heat.
