Michael my technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was informative and helpful without being pushy and he made sure I understood how to use the system. He was flexible with his busy schedule to make sure we had a time that worked for me and I appreciate his adaptability and making me feel like a priority customer.

Things need to be worked on.
It wasn’t great . But it was very nice. We weren’t happy with installation be cause. We had a few issues and it took to have installed way too long . And now another problem with issues like payment issues. Now I got a text saying that my payment was past due . When we paid the installment. Because it had to be done to get started. So don’t know how it could be past due . Just tried to call to ask about the payment . And all got was sails trying to have me get something I already have and wouldn’t let me talk with someone about my account. So yes your company could use some work on things. Sorry to say .

Great Products and services
I absolutely love my doorbell cameras and regular camera. I’m very satisfied. The only thing that I would like to be considered in the future is the fact that when you play back audio you can be able to hear the full conversation and just not the person at the doorbell.. Other than that I love my Vivint smart home and security ❤️

Great sales and installation team!
John was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that my wife and I had. He also setup the installation for later that day and it was completed by the next day. The installer, Landen, was also great and quickly installed the system, and came back the next day to setup the rest of the system during the daylight. Both great guys!

Everything was great the service rep Drew know his job and so does technician Quinton. I give them an A!
My concern is my front door when I put the code in it doesn’t unlock the front doorr. I can use my phone my device to open the door, but I would like to put the code in to the front door it will be nice to have a technician come out and look at this issue. but otherwise everything went well.

My recent installation was done well.
I recently returned to vivint after no service for 10 years. I am impressed with the improvements made to the equipment and the ease of installation. The technology has improved and the service has been competent
