Worked with rep., Charlie Butler. Quickly found best fit of systems to my needs. Arranged for quick, solid install.
Mostly great
Presentation of products was great. Charlie was knowledgeable, patient and fun. He worked to make sure we understood what we needed and what we didn't, and that we could operate within our budget.
Installation mostly went well. All the products were put in seamlessly and everything works fine, but a small mess of sawdust and boxes was left behind, and no one came to clean that up or leave a Vivint sign for our yard.
The hard ware works well
The hard ware works well. I had a lot of trouble with the soft ware. The chat room was not very helpful. They seemed to have only one algorithm. Brandon Smith, the sales associate said I could call him anytime and
he helped me get Braxton, a local repairman to come to my home and solve my problems. The system now is working well.
Great customer service and great product
We love our new security system it gives us peace of mind. We will definitely recommend to others but this system is easy to use and thorough! Thanks again

The installation was definitely my issue. They just left the old equipment lying around. They didn’t clean it up or remove old sensors to install the new ones. Very disappointed with that part. Also, I think I need a sensor on my entrance door into the house just in case the garage door is left open for some reason. Also didn’t really get any training on your app. Lastly the deadbolt lock that was installed was never keyed to the old one. Not sure why that wasn’t part of the install. Now I’m left with a separate key for the lock.

The right moment
Normally when people solicit at my door I turn them away, but this time I decided to listen because I was looking for an alarm system for my house. After listening to what Harry had to say I decided it was a great deal. Harry was very informative and was able to assist with getting a tech out to set it up and the devices. He also checked with me a week later to see how everything was going. I would also like to say that Harry wasn’t the only one that gave excellent customer service, but all 3 of the technicians that came explained things and walked me through the system.

Sarah and Raul was great. But nobody came to fix my window (glass ) to put a new battery in it and I still didn't get my sign for my yard and window. They forgot to put a alarm thing on the inside garage door ( to the house on the door)

The set up was little sloppy the tech was cool just left a big mess wood chips from lock install 8n front door and the lock was installed uneven as well as the camera. I think it could have been done better.
However it is a nice setup just looked rushed.
Also there is a device in my garage is not mounted in the wall.
It just looks shabby.

I just like this company better than the one I just quit. I left this comp. and went with the other one because They said that my price wouldn't' change for 5 yrs. What they didn't tell me was that it was a 5 yr. Contract I was signing and couldn't get out of unless I paid the hole thing off at one time. Also their night screen was in black and gray and blurry. I like your night screen, cause I love to watch the lighting at night when the storms come though.

Holden, who stopped in to discuss the security system was a polite, knowledgeable, enjoyable young man to work with and get signed up. He is definitely a 5 Star employee you have there. Soon after Holden left Ezekial arrived to do the installation. He was much more subdued than Holden, not much interaction, although polite. I pass that off to being after 6:00 on a Friday. 4 Star.
Since the system is new to us, cannot necessarily comment further on it; although, it certainly notifies us each time someone is in the driveway.
