Great technician, great system.
The technician came out and was in and out within a couple Hours. Everything looks great. No wires hanging out. Everything looks professional! The only issue I would say it the camera doesn’t cover as much area as my old system. We usually have neighbors come and ask for camera footage, sometimes even the police ask and we won’t be able To do that for the community anymore because the Vivint camera focuses primarily on the home. That’s how it should Be though.

So far, my experience with Vivint has been good. The installation process went smoothly, and the system has been easy to use. The cameras and app have worked well, and I like the features and overall convenience. I’ve only had the system for a couple of days, so it’s still early to give a full review. The only downside so far is that it’s a little pricey, but overall I’m satisfied with my experience and look forward to seeing how it performs over time.

Overall, due to Vivint's amazing customer service team, I am a satisfied customer. Moreover, I would like to acknowledge Ms. Jocelin O'Neil for helping me with a situation my sales representative should have more promptly! She is very kind, considerate and patient. On the other hand, my sales representative, Mr. Chris Marsch, is unprofessional and shifty! The same concern and gungho attitude, displayed while attempting to gain me as a Vivint customer, quickly dissolved to ignored calls and texts once I was! I understand he has a hectic job; however, it amazes me, how he took time out, previously, even in meetings, to reach out to me! I find this attitude unbecoming of a professional!
