Overall
Overall, the purchase and install processes were very good. I will say that the person who sold us the system did describe it as being capable of things it was not in fact capable of (e.g., cameras that automatically rotate to track would-be thieves). That said, we are very happy with the system and the process leading up to and through the installation.
