Service

Customer service rep, Issac, listened. Was patient. He responded quickly to our request for immediate service. We were lucky an opening came up. During my first call to customer service I was told a scheduling person would call w/in 48 hours--NEVER happened. I had to call. Kyle Lamberson, service, responded. He was FABULOUS. Answered all our questions. Fished wires the initial installer tacked on the outside of the bedroom wall. Replaced monitor--I'd spent 1.5 hours on phone with Customer Support trying to fix problem and couldn't. He worked w/us testing the equipment, watching us as we tested the equipment. When he left we felt more comfortable with the system than we had since it's instalation.
