Vivint's Technology, Service and Expertise Has Improved My Quality of Life!y
The man who came and explained the Vivint products to me was so thorough and professional. I am an elderly woman and over the past few years I have become more concerned about my safety and security. Without saying anything negative about the company I had, he made it a no brainer that this was the time to improve what we were doing to keep ourselves, our pets, our property and possessions secure. The staff who did the installation were real pros! They were also very kind and helpful about showing me all the features and how to use them. I have had some issues with a neighbor who is less than polite, and the cameras make me feel so much safer!

I only have one craziest experience. They took the payment out before it was due had to disconnect the carbon dioxide so I’m not using that and I’m sure I’m getting charged for it

Core Security
The VIVINT Hub panel is supposed to provide service even without WIFI but not even 10 hours into my new service it dropped signal twice over night.
Other than that, I have no issues with the service. Technology is great and is a huge upgrade from my previous security system.
But the “no wifi” is what pulled me in so VIVINT has to stand by their word and provide the best service for their customers.

The installer was knowledgeable and was able to install our new system even though it was difficult. He explained the system to us so we knew how to use it after he left. The system is easy to use compared to our previous system from another vendor. We added the doorbell camera which is realy great to have.
