the representive I spoke with very professional explain everything very clear , When Mr Alex came to install my doorbell he call me earlier before my appointment because 2 people had cancel and I was glad He came introduce it self very polite and professional install door bell explain to a 77 year old senior how to work it I been to long had hip replacement surgery and he notice my smoke alarm system was going off and replace with new batteries It been a long time since someone cared so much and even call me a week later to know how every thing is ok

What made my experience "great" was a few things. The installer "Joe" was very knowledgeable about the product. The installation was done neatly and in a very organized manner. The installer had respect for our home and space. The installer explained after he finished how we would be using the doorbell and the themostat. He had a very pleasant attitude and showed he cared about his job and what how he. made the customer feel the company wanted us to be well serviced. I will recommend this company to others due to all of this.

The representative who installed my thermostat was very nice and professional. What I didnt appreciate after he left to see on my flooring. After drilling into wall to install thermostat all the stuff from wall was on my floor and in front of my house on the yard he lft a empty box. I had to sweep and clean my floor and go out and pick up the box in the yard. Overall everything went well
