Vivint Experience

Steven who was our salesperson was super. He was personable, knowledgeable, helpful and did not pressure us throughout the process. The installation technician came in within an hour and completed the setup quickly. He did a tutorial on the system. We used for the evening and it was pretty simple to use. The salesperson stopped by the next day to answer any questions we had. The cameras work great, the lock system is great. We love the app with the exception on the notifications. Wish they had a louder tone so we would know someone was in the view of the cameras.
