Chris was great. He was able to show how we would benefit from rejoining Vivint without a high pressure sales pitch. Every new feature such as the smart thermostat and the keypad door lock was installed that same night. He even had the technician cleanup the wiring of the control panel. The Vivint app was downloaded on both our phones and we were given a thorough demonstration of how the system operates. Our technician was extremely competent and compassionate. It was a great experience. There was so much value added to my experience. Thank you!

The cameras around my house picks up everything and I love it. The zoom in is clear, the lights are bright on the cameras , even at night it’s clear. My ring cameras are excellent. The talking is clear no static, I love it. Along with other security features that I have….I really appreciate my 2 coworkers for recommending me to Vivant. 💯% satisfied❗️And not to mention the technician was so professional and helpful. He set up my security system to my phone, helped me rename my camera and showed me other features with the system. Giuliano was awesome….he didn’t leave until he knew everything was up and running and I was completely comfortable with the system.

Friendly service with unusual policies
Friendly and honest staff. They take their time to make sure you understand everything. And you have the salesperson’s direct number in case of any questions or concerns. Here’s why they lost 1 star:
1. After meeting with the sales rep, you HAVE to at least make contact with the installer the same day to avoid extra charges, even if it’s at night. In our case it was around 9PM, but he was happy to come back for the full install another day which took over 4 hours.
2. They do not clean up after themselves, so any dust or wood shavings from drilling through your walls or doors is left where it fell. And you have to dispose of the product boxes yourself. He was polite about it but it’s some kind of policy they have.
3. You only have 3 days after install to cancel your service if unsatisfied. We are happy with the system but there was a problem during the installation we were told someone would contact us about to resolve. Those 3 days came and went without any word so now we are stuck. It’s not an emergency per se but still a bit off-putting.

Our lead installer Umay really was patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions and because our install was a large one Umay had to think outside the box a couple of times. Overall Umay made our Vivint smart home installation and awesome experience
