Great service representative.David set everything up after explaining where he would place all of the equipment. He double checked placement with me prior to any installation. All of the equipment was then demonstrated, and he didn't leave until he watched my wife and I use the new system.
We were contacted later that day from his management to ensure that he had asked us where we wanted the equipment placed and to check on whether he explained the system to us.

Delane came and set up everything and he was absolutely amazing and helpful. He showed me how to work everything and did so with a great attitude. He made the experience a great one and effortless. I actually got him to set up my second property and he is just the best. Good costumer service seems to be a thing of the past so you guys are lucky to have him.

I’m dissatisfied with my system. I can’t hear my doorbell when someone rings it.. I’m a senior citizen on Social Security. I feel like my bill may be too high. I didn’t get most of things that goes along with the system, I may have to cancel my contract

Chris was great. He was able to show how we would benefit from rejoining Vivint without a high pressure sales pitch. Every new feature such as the smart thermostat and the keypad door lock was installed that same night. He even had the technician cleanup the wiring of the control panel. The Vivint app was downloaded on both our phones and we were given a thorough demonstration of how the system operates. Our technician was extremely competent and compassionate. It was a great experience. There was so much value added to my experience. Thank you!
