I received a full explanation of the system and costs before I got it. I was hesitant at first, but I can not be happier now that I have it. I feel much more secure having it in my home!
Service was rocky after the first day…
Service was rocky after the first day but realized what was causing the issues. My internet was bouncing back and forth from 2.4g to 5g causing my cameras to go offline frequently. Ended up making a separate network that only supports 2.4 just for the camera system and have not had any problems with it since I did that. Had to have another tech come out due to the doorbell cam not working but he ended up showing me a way to fix it when all the quick fixes doesn’t work. Should not have the issue again but so far am happy with the service. I have only had it just over a week had some hiccups but am overall happy with it once I figured out everything.

Wonderful Job
My experience was wonderful. He explained everything in regular terms so I can understand them. It recently worked real good it deterred my soon to be ex-husband and his friends from doing anything. Im very impressed with the system. Big shout out to Austyn Coddington for a wonderful job with everything.

Great technician, great system.
The technician came out and was in and out within a couple Hours. Everything looks great. No wires hanging out. Everything looks professional! The only issue I would say it the camera doesn’t cover as much area as my old system. We usually have neighbors come and ask for camera footage, sometimes even the police ask and we won’t be able
To do that for the community anymore because the Vivint camera focuses primarily on the home. That’s how it should Be though.
