Everyone was polite and professional. The installation tech was very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful when installing the system. One of the best experiences we have had with working being done on any of our homes.

Clarified operations of secuity system. Was never told had a garage door sensor and it took two apps to run it. Asked why two- have to pay a hook up fee. Make it so- and haven't tried it yet as also needed a newer phone to run systems. I ordered phone and will call back if it needs more. Good to know.

I like the security of the home protection camera & lights. Also the salesman and installer was pleasant to deal with

I’m still getting used to the product. I’ve had to reboot the system twice since it was installed for some unknown reason.

Overall it was a pretty good…
Overall it was a pretty good experience. The installer came late in the evening and stayed much later than I preferred. He also didn’t have four of the items to be installed and said he would restock and come back in a couple days. He did come back but still didn’t have a couple items. They never did leave me a yard sign so at this point I’ll just cut my loses on that one. The equipment is working great and I like the system. Install just wanted smooth.

I am really liking this security service so far. It's simple enough to use. Really liking the keypad door lock and how that turns the alarm off for me if I set it to do so. The staff I interacted with were kind and didn't take a lot of my time.

Brad and my technician Dominic Bravo were amazing. From Brad who walked me through and explained all the products that Vivint offered to getting me scheduled that same night to get my cameras installed. And Dominic, well he explained everything he was doing and took the time to explain how each product worked to helping me get setup with vinvint app. He even came back the next day to make sure my ring doorbell was up and running ❤️ the best experience I have had with any company ever
All around great so far
The sales guys and tech were great to deal with and very personable. The equipment is great in quality this far. It’s been a little over a week though I’ll be interested to see how well the outdoor cameras hold up. I like that it’s hardwired in too so no messing with getting on a ladder to charge cameras when the solar panels are not enough. Video quality is crisp and clear along with audio quality.
