The representative
The representative, Jorge, wasn't pushy and was extremely polite. When I had to leave for an appointment, he was kind enough to return. I have dogs that bark at everyone that comes inside, not viciously but they are look at me even though I'm scared drama queens, yet they didn't bark. They lived him, and lived in him when we were watching the presentation and reviewing the products and costs. We even played our version of "price is right" during the q&a portion for the cost. Overall, it wasnt just what we were shown, but it was the engagement and dialigue, the laughs and the way Jorge carried himself. He was able to set us up with exactly what we needed within our budget. We were impressed and pleased to have such an informative, knowledgeable and polite sales representative. Thank you Jorge!!

It works exactly as expected
It works exactly as expected. I burned something on the stove and the fire alarm went off. I got a text asking if everything was ok. I just had to enter the PIN in the keypad to turn off the alarm. If it had been an emergency, help would have been on the way. I feel safer in my home now.
