Quick and easy
Everything was taken care of in around 15 min and that is with all my questions being answered
Products are generally good
Products are generally good. Recently was pricing the keypad door lock product and somehow the order was placed. Never recieved confirmation of an order was placed. Recieved an email days later saying my order would be arriving that day. Chatted with customer support and informed me that intact an order was placed, despite still showing in my cart. While chatting I recieved the confirmation of the order being placed. Was going to return the item but was informed of have to pay to ship it back.
Good Experience
The salesman was polite and informative. The technician was particularly helpful. I still have a lot to learn.

My experience has been very positive, so far. The staff service tech did a good job putting in the equipment and explaining how to use it. I knew what I wanted installed before he came.
I got Vivint because a friend of mine has had it for several years and really likes it.

Great salesman and fantastic installer
The salesman went door-to-door describing what they offer and pricing to meet my needs. An hour later, an installer was at my home starting the set up. He was very knowledgeable of the system and how it worked, he was also great at putting thought into installing the hardware. He did everything he can to do everything correctly the first time. After the install he trained me on using the system and helped me finish system setup.

Ifr quality is what you seek, look no further.
The sales person, Jordan, was very helpful, explained everything as it would be, and it was. The service tech was at my house within an 45 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Every other service I had it was always a "hurry up and wait" for up to two hours for them to show.
