Sales rep--Gus was a very friendly and helpful young man.
Ray was wonderful
Ray was wonderful. He explained everything along the way (what equipment I was getting, what it was for, and where to install it). He also made sure I knew how to operate the system from both the panel and the app. He was very polite and made sure he cleaned up after the install. He even checked in after a day or two to make sure everything was still going okay and I didn't have any other questions.

older houses were built to last.
I live in an old house it is approx.115 years old and the wood is a lot harder than it is nowadays and my router is in the very back room so it was harder for the signal to get through the house and walls and it took a while to get it working right,,but my service tech did a great job and was very pleasant and persistant and his name was Beau Derrick.

BEWARE OF PUSHY SALESMEN. The uninstall tech was great!
The good part of this review is about the UNinstall.
My experience with the UNinstall was great. I was VERY glad to get UNinstalled from the system!
I'm ashamed to admit that I was talked into buying this system by a smooth-talking salesman who pushed me right into a five-year contract before I knew what was happening. Don't believe the salesman when he tells you that you have 60 days in which to cancel. It's actually 3 days, and I barely got in under the wire! Praise God I'm out, the equipment is gone, the loan is canceled, and I will not fall for this again!!!!
Now, on to the good part: The tech, Ray O'Neil, who came to uninstall the equipment couldn't have been nicer. He was quick, knowledgeable, polite, and very good at what he does. I appreciated him immensely.
After removing the Vivint equipment, he put back my deadbolt, thermostat and doorbell. Thank you Ray!!!
Don't let a salesman talk you into something you don't need and don't want!!!!!!

I’m really enjoying my security system
I’m really enjoying my security system. I like been able knowing whose at the door before running to find that it’s kids playing. A sheriff came other day to see the camera because a kid went missing and they was able to see what time he walked off. He back home but it was very comfortable of know security.

Convincing young salesmen
I don’t usually open my door to strangers, but the two young men who knocked on my door got me. They were very kind and professional. As someone who lives alone, I was interested in the products they were selling to protect my home. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that it was really off-putting for Vivint salespeople to show up at 8 p.m. Then, incredibly, the installer came later that evening. It was really bizarre, but thankfully it worked out well.

The guarantee customer satisfaction with the overall service. Noah Jenson was very helpful during the process and he was well aware of the product and service itself. The service installed by the technician was a plus knowing that I wasn't sure of the drilling into my walls but it worked out great. The technician was calm and understanding to my needs concerning placement of devices. I don't remember the Technician name but he's a kind spirit guy and I would definitely recommend him and the installed service by the company. Both Noah Jenson and the Technician made the experience a wonderful one and I'm definitely enjoying the service from Vivint.

The installer was outstanding
The installer was outstanding. I am on Oxygen and have some physical difficulties. He understood and was very gracious in terms of explaining everything to me. A sales person was also very diligent and when I text him with a question, he responded right away.

System was installed quickly and was easy to use. Online support helped to resolve small glitches quickly.

The service was good. I had to have two different technicians to complete the job. I also had to have assistance in learning how to set the alarm using the key pad after the fact.

The sales consultant and installer were very friendly and professional. The communication via text and email afterwards from the sales consultant has been great. The installer actually cleaned up and placed my previous alarm system equipment neatly next to the door to leading to my garage. I am very impressed with the technology, The deter system, clarity of the video surveillance as well as the distinct identification of human beings from animals, vehicles, etc... Lastly, the customer facing panel is very easy to use and easily readable.
