They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was installed properly and working as it should. They also took the time to show us how to use the system and answer all our questions. We’re very happy with the service and feel much more secure in our home. Vivint customer service is amazing! After signing for install, the process was very uneventful. Will Butler did install and taught me everything I needed to know about my new system. It was a very seamless and professional experience from the first call to inquire about the system all the way through the installation. This is very rare today. I explained what I needed and they delivered. They did not try to oversell me anything that I did not need.
