Video quality is excellent
Video quality is excellent! Sound seems to be quiet when I attempt to talk through the camera. It also shows me as logged in as my wife and can’t seem to change that (I’m sure it’s operator error).
The two young men were great
The two young men were great! Professional and easily explained all the needed to be done to connect our house up to the system. Our neighbors love the fireworks ring ! Very pleased with the product

Technician took much longer than we were told. He plugged things in near the router and left a spaghetti of wire under the desk. Overall a good experience.

Our equipment works great. My only concern is that my phone charging cord was so damaged at time of installation that I had to buy a new one.

don’t let the sales people fool you like they did me
The products are great. It’s the sales reps that aren’t very good. They lied to get a sale and that pissed me off. And the people that came out to install the equipment didn’t really teach me how to run anything. So thank God for somebody that actually works for vivant came out and show me how to use everything.

The staff within an organization are the anchors or your organization. WE ARE ELATED WITH OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE that Mr. Julian Keller provided last Saturday when our Vivint system was installed. He arrived at 8am and was here until 1030 PM!. He was so kind and knowledgeable!

Technician showed up on time, did an assessment and made suggestions and did the installation. He explained thins thoroughly showing me how to arm and disarm the system. I am sleeping much better knowing my house is protected. The system is easy to use. It was more than I wanted to spend but what price do you put on peace of mind,

The technician was awesome and thorough. My only beef and it's a pretty big one is why we were not offered your newest camera. I was under the impression we were getting the newest camera. I just got an email today that it's available and I would have had that those installed and now I would have to pay more to upgrade.
