Sensitivity much better than GEN1 unit. However, had to dial down sensitivity because at more than 50% camera was detecting every passing vehicle; both sides of street when near 100%,even though detection field selected was inside property edge.

I love that I can look at my cameras and in seconds I can see who’s at my door I can rewind and it actually works prior cameras there was always a problem either offline or it would say no memory chip etc not once did they do the job that they were placed there for . I’ve been with Vivint for my house alarm for about 15 years and I love them now that I’ve added cameras and the doorbell camera I feel safer and securer more then ever !

It is really too early in the installation period to let you kow what I think of the recently installed camera. Yes. It does notify that it has picked up movement and it does I would think it would be a deterrent. I, however, have not yet figured out how to save recording of motion activated recordings.
