Thank you for participating in The Link: Vivint Smart Home’s secret shopper program!

As a member of this exclusive program, you’ll be going undercover to help us improve our customer service care experience. Your membership in the program will run from your Vivint Smart Home installation through your first year as a customer.

We appreciate your participation, and, to say thank you, you will receive $30 a month via email for the duration of the program!*

A few reminders:

  • Watch your inbox. LinkCommunications with member tasks and surveys will come from Tthe Link via email, so be on the lookout.
  • Interact regularly with your smart home system
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with Vivint employees regarding your participation in the program. Disclosing your participation with any Vivint Smart Home employee will result in your being dismissed from the program.
  • Complete one or more 10-–15-minute survey each month, perform service tests as instructed, and submit feedback within five days
  • Commit to being a Link member for a period of one year
