PROVO, UTAH – March 7, 2016 – Vivint Smart Home, a leading provider of smart home technology, was recognized for its commitment to customer service in the tenth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, receiving honors in four categories. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, March 4 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 500 executives from the U.S. and several other nations attended.
Vivint Smart Home received two Gold and two Silver awards:
• Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats) - Technology Industries (Gold)
• Contact Center Manager of the Year, Chuck Browne (Gold)
• Customer Service Management Team of the Year (Silver)
• Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year (Silver)

Entries were considered in several categories for customer service and contact center achievements, as well as new products and services and solution providers.
