The Business Intelligence Group honors Vivint for leading the way in customer service

PROVO, Utah – May 8, 2019 – Vivint Smart Home, a leading smart home company, today announced that the Business Intelligence Group named Vivint a 2019 Excellence in Customer Service Award winner for Organization of the Year. The award recognizes companies that are providing a differentiated level of customer service.

Vivint’s Customer Excellence team of 2,000 customer service, monitoring and analytics specialists supports more than 1.4 million customers across North America. The Vivint Customer Solutions team answers nearly 90 percent of customer calls within 60 seconds. The Vivint Monitoring team responds to fire, medical, flood, carbon monoxide and burglary alerts within 12 seconds.

The team previously won five Stevie Awards for customer service from the American Business Awards, and The Monitoring Association named Vivint the Monitoring Center of the Year in 2017.
