Vivint, one of the nation’s largest home automation companies, is pleased to announce that the company’s Director of Field Services, Scott Taylor, will present at the WBR Field Service 2011 conference, held April 26–29 at the Wildhorse Resort in Chandler, Arizona.
Taylor will conduct a session titled “Successfully Implementing Scheduling and Mobility Solutions to Drive Enhanced Customer Service and Operational Efficiencies" on Wednesday, April 27.

His presentation will feature a real-world case study of the tools and processes Vivint used to improve the performance of dispatchers and field service technicians during a 60 percent increase in its serviceable customer base over just two years. As a result of the company’s efforts, technicians are fielding nearly 30 percent more service calls every day, while customers continue to report outstanding service.
Taylor will provide specific details on how Vivint achieved success in:

In addition to the presentation, Taylor and Vivint’s Director of IT Development, James Nelson, will host a roundtable session with industry peers to discuss the current development and road map to advance Vivint’s ClickSoftware-based Field Service Mobility platform to a device “agnostic” HTML5 version later this year.
