Vivint™ the largest home automation services provider in North America, has again received recognition for its outstanding customer service department by the People's Choice Stevie Awards. A two-year consecutive winner, Vivint was presented with a Silver Stevie® Award last month for Customer Service Department of the Year in the "other industries" category.
The Stevie Awards recognize outstanding performances in the workplace worldwide and are designed to honor organizations of all types and sizes and the people behind them. As part of the eighth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, Vivint was also recognized with silvers in the categories of Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year and e-Commerce Customer Service.

More than 1,500 organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry submitted entries to this year's competition, an increase of 36% from 2013. More than 260 executives around the world participated in the judging process for the 2014 awards to determine the Finalists and then the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements.
The honorees received their awards during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. More than 400 nominated customer service and sales executives from the U.S.A. and several other countries attended.
