Recently, we were awoken by the sounds of our fire detectors going off on all floors of the house. Vivint called me right away as I was checking the situation. I called 911 and then to my surprise, the representative from Vivint called back to follow up at least 4 times, providing information that the fire department was on site and asking if any other assistance was necessary. When the rep couldn't reach me by phone the rep called a couple of our children.
I really appreciated the follow-up by the representative to ensure our safety. I know Vivint is a company whose actions represent the same guarantee that was advertised and shared with me at the time I contracted with them. A company is only as good as their service and you guys did very well for us. The system worked. I was well pleased.
We were away and received a phone call that our house was broken into. Luckily, because we had Vivint, our home was safe.
The installer came to our home during the early half of the time frame given us. He identified himself right away. He was friendly and very informative. He explained the system and answered all of our questions. He was clean, neat and professional. Our friends recommended Vivint to us and we will now recommend Vivint to some of our friends.

The system is well worth it as we found out the other morning. Early in the morning we were awoken by the smoke detector going off. We evacuated the house. On the way out, I hit the fire alarm button on the panel. I heard the phone ring inside and right after Vivint called my cell phone. Vivint dispatched the fire department and stayed with me on the line until they came. It really did help that when they called they stayed on the phone. We are well pleased with our system.

After learning about Vivint, I asked the rep if I could have some time to do some research on my own. He said, ‘No problem’, and that he would follow up with me within one week. He did reach out to me in a week and was very nice and not pushy at all. I finally made the decision to go with Vivint and it was one of the best decisions I have made. I love the ease of use, I love the fact that I can arm and disarm the system from my phone. Customer service has been great when I called in to ask questions. I've been showing off my Vivint system on my phone to all my friends! I can see it coming in handy again in the future. My son is only four, and it will be a lot easier to keep track of him when he walks outside of the house. As a parent, I can see the home monitoring being a great help.

I have a system that I am very happy with and, thanks to the representative’s help, one that I understand how to use. Thank you for providing such wonderful service from the start. It is not very common to receive such great service, but it is sincerely appreciated.
I want to thank Vivint staff and the monitoring professional who frightened the robbers out of my house. The robbers broke in the house, but did not take anything. I think the response and verbal communication over the two-way panel frightened them away. Vivint contacted me and dispatched police. It was only a matter of time before the police secured my house.
