Vivint's Customer Solutions Manager Matt Hansen won the Silver award for "Best Use of Social Media in a Contact Center" from the Global Contact Center.
CE Pro BEST

Vivint's newest product, Vivint Sky, was selected by CE Pro as a BEST product. Vivint Sky was recognized in the 6th annual CE Pro BEST Awards for new custom electronic products introduced in 2014.

CE Pro 100

Vivint placed second on the CE Pro top 100, which ranks the highest revenue residential integration companies in North America. Vivint was also recognized as first place in efficiency for creating as many jobs as possible in the most efficient manner.

SDM 100

Vivint ranked fifth on SDM’s list of top 100 companies, which is caculated by the revenues of companies which sell electronic security systems.

Silver Stevie Award

The Stevie Awards selected Vivint as the Customer Service Department of the Year from more than 1,500 organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry. Vivint was also honored as the Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year and for e-Commerce Customer Service.

Inc. Hire Power Award

Vivint won a 2013 Inc. Hire Power Award from Inc. Magazine, ranking at #2 on the publication’s list of winners. Inc. Magazine also named Vivint the #1 job-creating company in consumer products and services and the #1 job creator in Utah.

UV50 Top 10 Revenue Companies

Vivint was listed twice on the UV50 List by Utah Valley Business Q. Vivint ranked #2 on UV50’s Top 10 Revenue Companies list and #26 on the Top 10 Fastest-Growing Companies list.

People's Choice Stevie Award

Vivint won the People’s Choice Stevie Award for Favorite Customer Service provider, an award chosen from more than 211,000 online votes. Vivint also received a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year and Tim Izatt, director of customer services at Vivint, was honored with a Silver Stevie Award for Contact Center Leader of the Year.

Forbes List of America's Most Promising Companie

Vivint was listed #46 on the Forbes annual ranking of America’s Most Promising Companies.

PCWorld's 100 Best Products

Vivint ranked #53 on PCWorld’s list of the 100 Best Products of 2012 and was the #1 tech home product.

In November 2012, TopConsumerReviews.com awarded Vivint a five-star rating, the highest ranking available. TopConsumerReviews.com is an independent organization dedicated to providing unbiased reviews of the top products available for online purchase and helping customers find products they’ll love. The site judges home automation packages based on shopping experience, customer service, and satisfaction guarantee.

Vivint was ranked number 118 on the InformationWeek 500 List.It recognizes Vivint’s use of new technologies, resolution of complex business problems with IT, and successful implementation of IT tech to boost company productivity.

Vivint received a 2012 Fast 50 award from Utah Business magazine. Vivint was number five on the list: one of the top five fastest growing companies in Utah.

Vivint received two gold Contact Center World awards for Best Customer Service Department and Best Executive Leadership. By awarding Vivint the gold, Contact Center World recognizes Vivint's customer service and leadership as the best in North America.

The Central Station Alarm Association awarded Vivint the Central Station of the Year award. Vivint employees Amy Becht and Kate Brickner also won the CSAA Manager of the Year award and Honorable Mention for CSAA Support Person of the Year.
